Welcome to the blog for the Frost Toes, the group that will be training this fall to run the Frostbite Festival 10 mile race on December 2, 2007. This is a very casual group, similar in spirit to the Half Wits.
So if you want to run, feel free to show up and run. Please be sure you can do at least five miles, though. Five miles will be our shortest run.
Dwayne Blisset and Barry House are the leaders of the group, and we'll soon be posting the training schedule, information about where and when to meet, and other great stuff like that.

Love the name "Frost Toes"! Let's hope the weather cooperates this year.
Don't we all wish we could be FROST TOES now? Who said it's fun to run in the July heat?
I'm looking forward to some snow and cold weather!
Thanks for doing this web site and inspiring us to run in the winter!
Wow. There really is no excuse to run all year round is there. You can always find a friendly and upbeat group to get you out there on those early morning runs.
Kudos to all of you people that keep us organized.
Thanks
What a great way to keep everyone motivated to run through the dreary winter months!
When will the "FROST TOES" training begin?
The Frost Toes will step out beginning on Saturday, September 29.
I'll post the full training schedule right after Abe's Amble. So, come on back around then!
I might even sneak some additional info onto the blog before then!
