Every runner who participated in the Frost Toes--and especially those of you who went on to run with the HalfWits--has the level of experience that can help novice runners who are running with Abe's Army for the first time.
Believe me, it's really a treat to watch people you've helped train when they cross the finish line on race day. I can't get enough.
