Oh, the Frost Bites . . .

The National Weather Service forecast extending through the weekend is now online, and it's beginning to look a lot like Frostbite.

They're saying Saturday night's low will be around 26 and Sunday's high will be near 39. But Sunday should be sunny. No prediction yet on wind speed or direction.

found the flattest ground around and ran this morning. The wind was a little tough coming out of the north west, other than that all was well. Hope everyone had as much fun as I did. You all are a great group of people to run with. Ive learned so much from you. See you Sunday! - MT

I enjoyed the Tues night run with the Frost Toes. What a great group and the weather was perfect. Good Luck to everyone on Sunday. Hope to see some familiar faces with the Half-wits come January.

How are YOU doing, Kim?

Barry: Stress fracture in left foot; got it during Frost Toes 9 mile training run, probably around mile 5. X-ray follow-up at last doctor's appointment revealed either a second stress fracture or bone cyst, same foot; doctor says it looks like cyst. I go for an MRI on Wednesday, and am hoping for the best....
