Photos!

Courtesy of Anne Baker, here are a couple of photos from Saturday morning's run.

The boredom of official opening remarks ...

And the thrill of actually starting to run!

Thanks, Anne!

I am getting better about having my camera with me at all times, although I haven't quite figured out how to run with it yet. In the first picture, I believe the topic was the value of starting on time...

The main value of starting on time is seeing the look of shock on the faces of anyone who shows up three minutes late . . . .

I'm re-setting my watch before Saturday's run.

Hey, how did the run go last night? I ran on the bike trail with Lori and Tressa; about 6:00 the sky was looking very ominous.

We ran hills and had some wind but no rain, thunder, lightning or tornadic activity (as the NWS calls it) before we got done. A small but enthusiastic group of Frost Toes was there for much fun!

Thursday night is a run to the YMCA and back; meet at 5:30 if you can make it.

Wish I could run with the Toes, but Thursday nights I have a class out at Lincoln Land. Everyone be careful and have fun out there!
